What is your shipping policy?

Furniture is heavy! Most orders will require freight delivery unless otherwise noted in the product description. Some items such as serving trays or smaller side tables will be able to be processed as any other package.

We will ship to the lower 48 states.

INTERNATIONAL

Sorry, at this time we do not ship internationally.

Local pick up or delivery?

Yes of course, if you live locally and have purchased a large item and would like to pick it up at our workshop or have a delivery to your home or place of work we would be happy to assist.

Please note that local deliveries are subject to the weight of the item & delivery location. Delivery shall be at the garage or driveway, lifting / moving may require several people. For professional installation please contact Ahearn Furnishings directly to discuss options.

Local Pick up (item does not require forklift): Free

Local Pick up (item requires forklift): $25.00

Local Delivery (within 25 Miles of workshop): $100

Local Delivery (within 50 Miles of workshop): $200

What is the wait time / production time?

Each design has its own production duration. Each process whether its milling, sanding, staining, poly coating, resin coating, resin infusing, etc, all have their own cure times that need to be respected for your item to be to our finished product standards.

Average Production lead time for smaller items: Two Weeks

Average Production Lead time for larger items: Four Weeks

Returns and Refunds

All e-commerce sales are final after 24 hours

All in person sales are final

All commissioned pieces are subject to a contactual agreement between the customer and Ahearn Furnishings, There shall be no refunds on design or physical product.
